Delivery & Returns

We aim to deliver within 3 working days within the UK but please allow 10 - 14 working days for delivery before reporting lost package due to royal mail stikes and other issues.

If you do not receive your order after 7 working days please email sales@dragon-power.com and we will provide you with royal mail tracking information.
